The college has two NSS Units and one hundred NSS Volunteers are participating in the camp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The camp started with an orientation program. The program officers interacted with the students and discuss the plan of the 7 days camp. An ice breaking exercise was conducted as part of introduction wherein each volunteers introduced herself \u00a0to others by sharing \u00a0strengths hobbies and weaknesses. Old Volunteers shared their experiences \u00a0from the old camp and told them what they learnt from their previous camp. A documentary on NSS and a motivational short film were shown to the volunteers followed by a discussion on what did they learn from the documentaries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the day progressed, different committee were formed and volunteers were given different duties. The committees formed were cleanliness, discipline, refreshment, gardening, cultural and technical.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Various projects to be undertaken during the camp focus an overall personality development of the volunteers. These include physical fitness, exercises, motivational lectures, stress management, self grooming, tree plantation, cleanliness and beautification of the college campus and interaction with residents of adopted village Burial. The volunteers visited \u00a0Burail village and talked about the importance of cleanliness.
