Sachdev, Head, Department of Food Science and Technology, equipped him with the technical know-how, required for the preparation of strawberry crush.<\/p>\n<p>During the training, demonstrations were given on processing, preservation and bottling of fruit crush. The training was assisted by Mr Rahul Gupta, Research Assistant and Er.
