{"id":16980,"date":"2018-01-03T12:06:37","date_gmt":"2018-01-03T12:06:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/punjabnews24.com\/?p=16980"},"modified":"2018-01-03T12:06:37","modified_gmt":"2018-01-03T12:06:37","slug":"arson-attack-court-orders-arrest-of-zia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/arson-attack-court-orders-arrest-of-zia\/","title":{"rendered":"Arson attack: Court orders arrest of Zia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dhaka,<br \/>\nA Bangladesh court today ordered the arrest of former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia in connection with bomb attacks on a bus during an anti-government agitation in 2015 that killed eight persons, a police official said.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Joynab Begum of the Comilla district court accepted the chargesheet filed by the police in the case and issued the arrest warrant, the official said.<\/p>\n<p>The Bangladesh Nationalist Party , led by 72-year- old Zia, had boycotted the 2014 general elections which were held under the Awami League government.
