Usually it is not anything serious and you\u2019ll feel much better when your body is back on track. But ignoring it could be deadly, since it could be a symptom of a more serious condition.<\/p>\n
According to Daily Express, changes in bowel movement can be a sign of cancer or stroke.<\/p>\n
Constipation happens when stools become infrequent or hard to pass. This happens because of not eating enough fibre, like fruits and vegetables, and doing little physical activity.<\/p>\n
While it is a common problem, many people feel uncomfortable talking about it, particularly since it goes away within a week or two on its own. But, chronic constipation can last for several weeks or longer.<\/p>\n
