{"id":18256,"date":"2018-01-11T12:35:19","date_gmt":"2018-01-11T12:35:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/punjabnews24.com\/?p=18256"},"modified":"2018-01-11T12:35:19","modified_gmt":"2018-01-11T12:35:19","slug":"hindi-is-a-treasure-of-knowledge-for-mankind-nepal-culture-minister","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/hindi-is-a-treasure-of-knowledge-for-mankind-nepal-culture-minister\/","title":{"rendered":"Hindi is a treasure of knowledge for mankind: Nepal Culture Minister"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Culture Minister of Nepal Jitender Narayan Dev has said that Hindi is a treasure of knowledge not only for Indian sub continent but for whole mankind around the world.<\/p>\n<p>He said that language is not only the medium of expression it is also the essence of literature, philosophy and culture.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing a function organised at Kathmandu on &#8220;Vishwa Hindi Diwas&#8221; Mr. Dev said that Hindi unites India and Nepal and it is a common binding factor between the people of two nations.<\/p>\n<p>On this occasion Indian Ambassador to Nepal Manjeev Singh Puri said that Vishwa Hindi Diwas is an effort to popularize Hindi across the globe and connect with the friends.<\/p>\n<p>He also read out Prime Minister Narendra Modi&#8217;s message on &#8220;Vishwa Hindi Diwas&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Chief of Mission Dr. Ajay Kumar released special editions of some magazines and books. A poetry recitation and cultural programme by the artists of Indian Cultural Center was also organised on this occasion.<\/p>\n<p>A large number of people including eminent academicians, writers, intellectuals and journalists attended the function.<\/p>\n<p>The first Vishwa Hindi Samelan was held at Nagpur on 10th January 1975 to promote Hindi langauge.
