Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates commencement of work for the Barmer Refinery in Rajasthan; the project to be completed in four years with employment generation potential for 40,000 people.<\/p>\n
PM kicked off the commencement of work of an oil refinery at Pachpadra in Barmer district in Rajasthan.<\/p>\n
The people of the state have been anxiously waiting for long to see Pachpadra refinery become operational.<\/p>\n
The state of the art refinery is the first of its kind in the country. It is also the single biggest investment at one place in the country so far.<\/p>\n
The project is expected to change the growth landscape of Rajasthan, especially in the western part of the state.<\/p>\n
The biggest advantage with the refinery is that it is being set up in the vicinity of its oil source. The project is a Joint Venture of HPCL and Government of Rajasthan worth over Rs. 43,000 crore.<\/p>\n
Later, addressing the function, Prime Minister Narendar Modi said that the work culture has now changed and in coming days, every governments will be under compulsion to complete the projects, not just laying the foundation stones of such projects<\/p>\n
Noting that this is the time for “sankalp Se Siddhi”, Prime Minister expressed hope that work will be completed before its deadline of 2022.<\/p>\n
Slamming Congress, Prime Minister said,there are several such areas in which they have been misleading the nation for years.<\/p>\n
Prime Minister also said that government has launched various schemes for eradication of poverty. He said the so far, 32 crore accounts have been opened under Jan Dhan Yojna.<\/p>\n
Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said the all efforts will be made to complete the work before the deadline of 2022-23.<\/p>\n
Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje slammed congress for attempting to mislead the people of Rajasthan by just laying the foundation stones of development projects and not doing any follow-up work to ensure even the commencement of such projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
