Ms Antima was presented the award during the 3rd International Conference on Food Properties (iCFP 2018), held at Sharjah, UAE, from January 22-24. She is a recipient of UGC-Junior Research Fellowship for her doctoral research under the guidance of Dr Savita Sharma, Principal Scientist (Dough Rheology).Dr Baldev Singh Dhillon, Vice-Chancellor, PAU, congratulated the student for her achievement.Dr Poonam A.
