Delhi-6 (2009), Happy New Year (2014) among several others. He also starred in R Balki\u2019s National award winning film Paa where his father, Amitabh Bachchan<\/p>\n
played the role of his son, a victim of the rare genetic disorder progeria.<\/p>\n
Born to actors Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya [Bhaduri] Bachchan in the year 1976, Abhishek always wanted to become an actor. He was studying business in<\/p>\n
United States, but then did not complete it as he wanted to pursue his dream in front of the camera. And Abhishek received support from his father.<\/p>\n
Along with moving ahead in his professional career, Abhishek also decided to settle down with his girlfriend, model-turned-actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. He<\/p>\n
proposed her after the premiere Guru in Toronto, and in 2007 they tied the knot. Both the actors have collaborated in a number of films such as Dhaai Akshar<\/p>\n
Prem Ke (2000), Kuch Naa Kaho (2003), Bunty Aur Babli, Guru, Umrao Jaan (2006) and Dhoom 2 (2006). Their first child, daughter Aaradhya, was born in<\/p>\n
