Shridhar Singh (Rajasthan), Mr. Lalit Aggarwal (Delhi), Sh. T D Esawara Moorthy (Tamil Nadu), Sh. Rajeev Chand (Maharashtra) along with other office bearers from various States were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p>All India Federation thanked AICTE for implementing Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court decision on Orissa lift Irrigation Corp. Ltd case.<\/p>\n<p>KVK Rao said that with the implementation of decision of Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court over 10,000 colleges of the Country have got new ray of hope and colleges would now get level playing field.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Anshu Kataria while speaking said that AICTE should allow merging of the Technical Institutions of neighboring areas for the better utilization of the resources.<\/p>\n<p>Kataria welcomed the AICTE step for giving relaxation in the faculty ratio from 1:15 to 1:20 in Engineering &amp; Technology.
