The Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) was established in 1959 and is one of the largest and most prestigious scholarship schemes for international studies.<\/p>\n<p>Neha is doing her Ph.D under the guidance of Dr S.S. Banga, ICAR National Professor, PAU. Her Ph.D research is on \u201cDisruption and delineation of the Brassica fruticulosa introgressions in Brassica juncea L. Coss.\u201d She will be working on reducing the linkage drag through irradiation and identifying the extent of introgressed segements of Brassica fruticulosa in the background of B. junceafor aphid resistance. She will pursue part of her studies at the University of Leicester, UK, with Dr Haslop-Harrison.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Baldev Singh Dhillon, Vice-Chancellor; Dr S. S. Kukal, Dean, Postgraduate Studies; and Dr G.S. Mangat, Head, Department of Plant Breeding and Genetics, PAU, congratulated Neha Aggarwal and her guide Dr S.S.
