The New Executive Office Building was evacuated in the process. Part of 17th Street, where the vehicle was parked, was closed to traffic, the Secret Service tweeted.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle was shortly cleared by the Explosive Ordnance Detection personnel. Following the clearance, the agency lifted the road closures.
