\nRandeep Surjewala, AICC Communication in-charge, on Friday demanded the setting up of a \u2018two-judge judicial commission\u2019 of sitting high court judges to be nominated by the Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court to probe the alleged \u201ccash-for-jobs\u201d scam.<\/p>\n
Adddressing a press conference here, Surjewala also demanded the removal of the Chairman and Members of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) and registration of criminal cases against them.<\/p>\n
He said computers at the Chief Minister\u2019s Office, and at offices and residences of the chairman and members, should also be confiscated and submitted for forensic examination so as to arrive at the truth in the scam.<\/p>\n
Questioning the three-year extension to HSSC Chairman BB Bharati and one-year extension to the members, the Congress leader wondered why the commission was allowed to make appointments when the police was already investigating the alleged scam for over one year.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe BJP Government has been exposed for its blatant disregard of transparency and accountability with treacherous web of bribery for jobs and playing with the future of Haryana\u2019s youth,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
He said Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar couldnot escape the responsibility only by registering an FIR against the lower-rung employees and middlemen, adding that the BJP government was shielding the real culprits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
