Ambedkar, the architect of Indian Constitution and calling upon people to purge caste, discriminations and exploitations by fulfilling the cherished mission of Baba Saheb.<\/p>\n<p>In a felicitation message, Rana K.P Singh described him a great social reformer, who fought a long battle for the sake of rights and issues of oppressed classes. He said Dr. Ambedkar gave a shape to our Constitution that promotes democratic values of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity. He said that Dr. Ambedkar was a many-faceted personality known for the welfare and socio-economic growth of weaker sections.<\/p>\n<p>Rana K.P.
