Meanwhile the family of the victim approached Supreme court with a plea to transfer the case outside Kathua and demanded safety from the apex court. The SC will hear the plea at 2 pm today.<\/p>\n<p>Eight people, including a juvenile have been accused of gangrape and Murder of the minor. The J&amp;K Police&#8217;s Crime Branch filed the chargesheet in Kathua rape and murder case last week. The girl was kidnapped on January 10.
