{"id":30206,"date":"2018-05-05T11:30:14","date_gmt":"2018-05-05T11:30:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/punjabnews24.com\/?p=30206"},"modified":"2018-05-05T11:30:14","modified_gmt":"2018-05-05T11:30:14","slug":"punjab-and-haryana-finance-minsters-on-gst-panel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/punjab-and-haryana-finance-minsters-on-gst-panel\/","title":{"rendered":"Punjab and Haryana finance minsters on GST panel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New Delhi,<br \/>\nFinance ministers of Punjab and Haryana have been named in the Group of Ministers (GoM) set up by the GST Council on Friday on incentivising digital payments in the GST regime.<\/p>\n<p>The GoM is going to consider issues relating to \u201cincentivising digital payments in the GST regime\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>It will have Sushil Kumar Modi, Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, as the convenor.<\/p>\n<p>According to a Finance Ministry statement, the members of the GoM, include Punjab Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal and Haryana Finance Mianister Captain Abhimanyu. The other members of this GoM are Nitinbhai Patel, Deputy Chief Minister, Gujarat; Amit Mitra, Finance Minister, West Bengal.<\/p>\n<p>The second GoM shall consider issues relating to \u201cimposition of cess on sugar under GST\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Himanta Biswa Sarma, Finance Minister of Assam is convenor and other members of this GoM are Rajesh Agrawal, Finance Minister, Uttar Pradesh; Sudhir Mungatiwar, Finance Minister, Maharashtra; D.
