{"id":30408,"date":"2018-05-07T11:20:17","date_gmt":"2018-05-07T11:20:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/punjabnews24.com\/?p=30408"},"modified":"2018-05-07T11:20:17","modified_gmt":"2018-05-07T11:20:17","slug":"cristiano-ronaldo-ankle-injury-a-small-thing-says-zinedine-zidane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/cristiano-ronaldo-ankle-injury-a-small-thing-says-zinedine-zidane\/","title":{"rendered":"Cristiano Ronaldo ankle injury a small thing, says Zinedine Zidane"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane said he was not too concerned with Cristiano Ronaldo\u2019s ankle injury after the Portuguese striker was unable to continue in the second half of his side\u2019s 2-2 draw at arch rivals Barcelona on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Ronaldo\u2019s ankle was trod on by Gerard Pique as he scored Madrid\u2019s first equaliser in the 15th minute and he looked in discomfort but continued for the rest of the half and was replaced by Marco Asensio at the start of the second period.<\/p>\n<p>Madrid play the Champions League final against Liverpool on May 26 but Zidane said he did not think Ronaldo was in danger of missing the showpiece in Kiev.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s not great right now but I think it\u2019s going to be a small thing, it was only a bad movement,\u201d Zidane told a news conference.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can\u2019t say how long he\u2019ll be out for, tomorrow he\u2019ll have a scan, but I think it\u2019ll be a small thing for him.
