If anyone needed more proof of Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar\u2019s wholesome friendship, they need not look any further. Swara has revealed how Sonam went the extra mile for their friendship just so she could attend her wedding.<\/p>\n
In a recent interview to Radio City, Swara said her brother and Sonam were initially supposed to get married on the same date, March 12. The clash proved problematic as Sonam really wanted her best friend to be by her side as she became a bride and tied the knot with Anand Ahuja.<\/p>\n
\u201cSonam entered (Veere Di Wedding set) looking very upset. I got an idea what it was about,\u201d Swara said, according to a News 18 report. \u201cSonam even asked me if I could convince my parents in order to get Ishan\u2019s wedding date changed,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Swara was trying to convince Anil and Sunita Kapoor to postpone Sonam\u2019s wedding. It all worked out in the end and Sonam married Anand on May 8. Their wedding, attended by Swara on all three days of the celebrations, was all the country talked about for days.<\/p>\n
