According to media reports, Kocchar was asked to go on leave pending an independent probe into her role in granting a huge loan to Videocon Group on quid-pro-quo basis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe ICICI Bank Board denies having asked Chanda Kochhar to go on leave. She is on her annual leave which was planned in advance. Further, it denies that it has appointed any search panel to find her successor,\u201d the bank said.
