He urged his party workers to be prepared for the electoral battle. However, Yadav blamed Health Minister Siddharth Nath Singh-led election reforms committee of not consulting the opposition parties on this crucial issue.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, the Singh-led panel submitted its report to Yogi, recommending \u2018one nation, one election\u2019 practice, the first state to do so. Yogi would send the report to the Centre.
