After fire broke out on the top floor of actress Deepika Padukone\u2019s building in Mumbai, the lady has posted a tweet confirming she is safe. The incident took place on the 33rd floor of the Beau Monde Building while the dimpled beauty resides on the 23rd floor. When the blaze erupted, the actress was not in the building, she was out for a brand shoot. However, her fans were worried.<\/p>\n
Deepika took to micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, \u201cI am safe.Thank You everyone.Let us pray for our firefighters who are at site risking their lives..\u201d<\/p>\n
After the incident took place, five water tankers and 108 ambulances were immediately rushed to the spot.<\/p>\n
Deepika bought the apartment in 2010. On the professional front, she was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali\u2019s Padmaavat alongside Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor. Despite several protests, the movie entered the coveted Rs 100 cr club. She will also be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj\u2019s film alongside Irrfan Khan.<\/p>\n
