They held a demonstration at the Mini-Secretariat here and handed over a memorandum to the SDM addressed to Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.<\/p>\n<p>Narinder Sangwan, former Gharaunda MLA and senior INLD leader, who led the protest, said the toll plaza was shifted from Samanabahu on the Karnal-Kurukshetra border to its present location in the middle of Gharaunda and Karnal district headquarters over three years ago.
