In this case vigilance have booked his accomplice two police officials who have to share the bribed amount.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_8160918283106652389m929430853344749916gmail-msonospacing\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">Disclosing this here an official spokesperson of the Vigilance Bureau said ASI Gurmeet Singh (No 2052\/Patiala\/LR) was nabbed red handed on the complaint of Tarnjeet Singh of Abchal Nagar Patial city. The complainant has approached the VB and alleged that the accused ASI was demanding Rs 30,000 by threatening to lodge a false liquor case against him but the deal was struck at Rs. 20,000.<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_8160918283106652389m929430853344749916gmail-msonospacing\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">After verifying his information, the vigilance team laid a trap and the accused ASI was arrested on the spot taking bribe of Rs. 14,000 as a first installment from the complainant in the presence of two official witnesses.
