Gauri Khan on Friday shared a video of her husband and star Shah Rukh Khan\u2019s 26-year journey in the Hindi film industry. She captioned the video \u201c26 years of memories,\u201d and tagged Shah Rukh with a heart emoji. SRK replied to his wife\u2019s tweet with \u201cThis journey is incomplete without u all. Here\u2019s telling all of u who made this possible how happy u make me feel.\u201d<\/p>\n
Shah Rukh thanked Gauri for uploading the video, and his \u2018friend\u2019 director Aanad L Rai – who is directing him in Zero – for making it, in a new tweet on Saturday.<\/p>\n
The six-minute video opens with Shah Rukh making a dramatic entry into frame. Shah Rukh then takes us step by step from his journey from being a \u2018Fauji\u2019 to a \u2018Deewana\u2019. \u201cI have learnt a lot on this roller-coaster ride of love, hate, happiness and, yeah, sometimes sadness,\u201d Shah Rukh says in the video.<\/p>\n
He says every year of his career taught him valuable lessons like competitiveness and confidence. \u201cIn 1995, Raj taught me love, like he did to everyone else,\u201d he says, referring to one of the biggest hits of his career, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. He says he still wonders if the audience loved him or Raj. \u201cThe lines were blurry.\u201d<\/p>\n
He says he wears the Baadshah crown with pride \u2018even to this day\u2019 and even sings a little bit of the title song of his 1999 film.<\/p>\n
In between talking about his career, Shah Rukh also speaks about becoming a father – to his children Aryan, Suhana and AbRam. \u201cI kind of look like my daughter in Asoka,\u201d he laughs.<\/p>\n
