{"id":36364,"date":"2018-07-07T10:46:16","date_gmt":"2018-07-07T10:46:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/punjabnews24.com\/?p=36364"},"modified":"2018-07-07T10:46:16","modified_gmt":"2018-07-07T10:46:16","slug":"muslim-side-trying-to-prolong-ayodhya-dispute-up-tells-sc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/muslim-side-trying-to-prolong-ayodhya-dispute-up-tells-sc\/","title":{"rendered":"Muslim side trying to prolong Ayodhya dispute, UP tells SC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New Delhi<br \/>\nThe UP Government on Friday accused the Muslim parties to the Ayodhya dispute of trying to avoid adjudication of the long-pending issue by raking up issues already settled by the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen all translations are made and evidence is compiled in several volumes and all appeals become ripe for hearing&#8230; suddenly belated efforts started being made visibly and demonstratively to delay the judicial adjudication,\u201d Additional Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told a three-judge Bench headed by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra on behalf of the UP Government. \u201cAfter several such similar attempts, the present attempt is a belated attempt to avoid judicial adjudication of a long-pending dispute&#8230;,\u201d Mehta told the Bench, which also included Justice Ashok Bhushan and Justice S Abdul Nazeer.<\/p>\n<p>Mehta said the M Ismail Fauruqui case now being sought to be referred to a larger Bench was decided in 1994 and none had disputed its correctness.
