He said that SAD president Sukhbir Badal to demand a Special package of Rs one Lakh crore for Punjab at pattern of Bihar, and relaxation of Industry like hilly states, before extending any thanks to Modi, who has not given fair deal to Punjab.<\/p>\n<p>Advancing his argument further, S. Randhawa said that if the PM will announce a package for Punjab, congress will hold a Thanksgiving function, but if PM only promised moon to the people of Punjab while on ground he doesn\u2019t announce any substantial package for Punjab then Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leadership would be fully exposed before the people of Punjab and the masks of its leaders would be off.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister said that \u201ceveryone knows PM tells his \u2018Mann ki Baat\u2019, but no one in Punjab is interested to listen his \u201cjumlas. And Punjabis has rejected Modi in 2014 and 2017 elections.\u201d If PM coming to Punjab, the granary of India, instead of making speech, he must listen to Kisan Ki Baat. The farming community is not satisfied with hike, and already announced to boycott the rally\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>He said that it a matter of record that after coming to power the NDA government in Supreme Court of India, had given affidavit against the Swaminathan Commission report.<\/p>\n<p>Flaying the SAD for organizing the \u2018thanksgiving rally\u2019 for PM for hiking MSP of paddy by Rs 200 per quintal, Randhawa said that the hike is not as per recommendations of the Swaminathan Report.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Prime Minister has betrayed the farmers.
