{"id":37350,"date":"2018-07-26T11:31:03","date_gmt":"2018-07-26T11:31:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=37350"},"modified":"2018-07-26T11:31:03","modified_gmt":"2018-07-26T11:31:03","slug":"malaysia-sovereign-wealth-fund-khazanahs-board-offers-to-resign","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/malaysia-sovereign-wealth-fund-khazanahs-board-offers-to-resign\/","title":{"rendered":"Malaysia sovereign wealth fund Khazanah\u2019s board offers to resign"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kuala Lumpur<\/p>\n<p>The managing director and board members of Malaysia\u2019s 157.2 billion ringgit sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional Bhd have offered to resign, marking the biggest shake-up among state-linked companies since a new government was elected in May.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is done in order to facilitate a smooth and orderly transition under the new Government,\u201d Khazanah said in a statement on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Khazanah Managing Director Azman Mokhtar, whose term expires in the first half of next year, has hinted before that he may not seek an extension of his contract.
