{"id":39182,"date":"2018-08-14T12:25:20","date_gmt":"2018-08-14T12:25:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=39182"},"modified":"2018-08-14T12:25:20","modified_gmt":"2018-08-14T12:25:20","slug":"sebi-releases-list-of-1677-penalty-defaulters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/sebi-releases-list-of-1677-penalty-defaulters\/","title":{"rendered":"SEBI releases list of 1,677 penalty defaulters"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A total of 1,677 individuals and companies failed to pay their penalties imposed by the Securities and Exchanges Board of India till May 31, a list published by the securities\u2019 market regulator showed on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The order pertained to penalties imposed by SEBI up to December 31, 2017 and the companies failing to pay the same by May 30, 2018, it said.<\/p>\n<p>The defaulters include both individuals and companies who have not paid penalties for various offences under SEBI\u2019s regulations with the quantum of penalties varying from around Rs 15,000 to crores of rupees, the list showed.
