\nTo strengthen the mental abilities of the students, Kailash Didi with her team of Brahma Kumaris from Rajpura interacted with the students of Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh at Aryans Campus. The session was organized on the topic \u201cImprovement of Concentration and Memory Power\u2019\u2019. Students of B.Tech, MBA, LL.B, BA-LL.B, B.Com-LL.B, BBA, BCA, B.Com, GNM, ANM, B.Sc (Agri), Diploma (Agri), BA, Poly Diploma, B. Pharma, D. Pharma etc attended the session.<\/p>\n
Kailash Didi while interacting with the students laid emphasis on importance of concentrated mind in student\u2019s life. To develop the ability of concentration, one needs to train one’s mind and focus on the quality of thoughts.<\/p>\n
Kailash Didi further guided the students about the power of meditation to improve the concentration. She added that when we concentrate on one though, other thoughts begin to slow down and thereby we experience peace and calmness.<\/p>\n
The more we practice a Meditation, our ability to focus, judge and to concentrate increases; and this helps us to tackle different situations in our life. It helps us to think in a higher, concentrated way – thinking less and thinking power. Pure thoughts generate a lot of clarity, focus and spiritual force which helps to achieve success in life.<\/p>\n
Various tips and methods to be adopted in daily life to improve self confidence, stress management, improve and strengthen concentration, reduce depression etc were also told to the students.<\/p>\n
The speakers further urged the students and teachers to work for promoting peace, health, harmony and happiness in self and society through practice of spiritual knowledge, meditation and universal values.<\/p>\n
