After the successful launch of first ever Solar Boat now the Engineering students of Aryans have come up with a new Innovative Android App for booking the Shikara rides at Dal Lake, Srinagar.<\/p>\n
Christened as “Aryans Shikara App” developed by 8 Students of Aryans College of Engineering namely Riyaz Rasool, Irfan Ahmad Malik, Abid Mushtaq, Aquib, Shakir Ahmad, Asif Ahmad, Mehbooba Bano, Bilal, Mehzabeen and Sabreena have developed this App which would reduce the gap between Shikara owners and riders.<\/p>\n
Dr. Anshu Kataria while appreciating the small effort of the students said that the students have created a platform where details of all Shikara owners from Gate No 1 to 20 have been made available on this App. With this the tourist can choose the gate and owner of the Shikara well in advance from where he wants to start the ride. On the other hand, Shikara owner also have the choice to accept or reject the ride offers.<\/p>\n
Shakir Ahmad, student of B.Tech (CSE) 6th semester of Aryans Group while interacting with media said \u201cWe have heard about Uber & Ola for Cab bookings. Then the idea of developing an app for booking Shikaras hit our mind and Chairman, Dr. Anshu Kataria inspired us on this idea.<\/p>\n
Riyaz Rasool said that we are always groomed & motivated for thinking out of the box by our teachers. Our seniors have also worked on many innovations including \u201cAryans Android App\u201d, \u201cAryans Save Kashmir App\u201d, \u201cAryans Life Saving Glove\u201d, \u201cAryans Safety Helmet\u201d, \u201cRamadan App\u201d, \u201ceMunshi- Advocate Diary\u201d, \u201cAryans Solar Boat\u201d etc which have been launched and gained popularity widely.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
