{"id":41769,"date":"2018-09-10T12:18:46","date_gmt":"2018-09-10T12:18:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=41769"},"modified":"2018-09-10T12:18:46","modified_gmt":"2018-09-10T12:18:46","slug":"rajasthan-slashes-vat-on-petrol-diesel-by-4-per-cent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/rajasthan-slashes-vat-on-petrol-diesel-by-4-per-cent\/","title":{"rendered":"Rajasthan slashes VAT on petrol, diesel by 4 per cent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jaipur<\/p>\n<p>Trying to dilute the impact of the Congress&#8217; Monday &#8216;Bharat Bandh&#8217; on escalating fuel prices, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Sunday night announced 4 per cent reduction in VAT on petrol and diesel.<\/p>\n<p>During her ongoing &#8216;Gaurav Yatra&#8217; at Rawatsar in Hanumangarh, the Chief Minister told a public rally that the state government would bring down the fuel prices by Rs 2 to 2.5 per litre.<br \/>\nMeeting this demand of masses in the state suffering from rising prices would put a financial burden to the tune of Rs 2,000 crore on state exchequer, she said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Congress which emerged on the eve of Assembly polls never had any issue to talk except for creating rumours and misleading public.
