Hakam Singh Jawandha.<\/p>\n<p>A condolence meet of PUCA office bearers was held today to pay tribute to the departed soul. Punjab Education Fraternity has lost a great Visionary Educationist with his death. It is to be mentioned that his son Dr. Guninderjit Jawandha is the Joint Secretary of PUCA.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Anshu Kataria, President, PUCA; Sh. Amit Sharma, Senior Vice President; S.
