The Council is likely to discuss multiple proposals to help flood-ravaged Kerala recoup revenue losses. It will be the additional resources to meet the cost of rehabilitation and reconstruction after floods caused havoc in the State.<\/p>\n<p>In its last meeting, the Council had approved a proposal to offer cash back to the poor sections of society for making digital payments through Rupay Debit card, BHIM, Aadhaar, UPI and USSD.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Goods and Services Tax Council will meet in New Delhi today.
