{"id":43471,"date":"2018-10-01T11:38:23","date_gmt":"2018-10-01T11:38:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=43471"},"modified":"2018-10-01T11:38:23","modified_gmt":"2018-10-01T11:38:23","slug":"madhya-pradesh-to-have-cow-ministry-chouhan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/madhya-pradesh-to-have-cow-ministry-chouhan\/","title":{"rendered":"Madhya Pradesh to have cow ministry: Chouhan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chhattarpur<\/p>\n<p>Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday announced the setting up of a ministry for cows.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe cow ministry will replace the existing Madhya Pradesh Gaupalan Evam Pashudhan Samvardhan Board because it has limitations,\u201d Chouhan said at a function in Khajuraho in Chhattarpur district, which was attended by Digambar Jain monk Vidhyasagarji Maharaj.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe government releases small funds to the board. An independent ministry will work in a better way to serve cows,\u201d the Bharatiya Janata Party leader said.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to the country\u2019s first cow sanctuary in the state\u2019s Agar Malwa district, the chief minister said just one facility was not enough to shelter a large number of cows and more such sanctuaries would be set up in the state.<\/p>\n<p>MPGEPSB executive council chairman Swami Akhileshwaranand welcomed the announcement and said he had recommended for the creation of such a ministry.
