{"id":44759,"date":"2018-10-18T12:05:11","date_gmt":"2018-10-18T12:05:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=44759"},"modified":"2018-10-18T12:05:11","modified_gmt":"2018-10-18T12:05:11","slug":"amit-shah-mizoram-did-not-develop-during-congress-rule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/amit-shah-mizoram-did-not-develop-during-congress-rule\/","title":{"rendered":"Amit Shah Mizoram did not develop during congress rule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Election fever is mounting in the 5 states heading to polls.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wednesday saw BJP President Amit Shah in Mizoram blowing the poll bugle for his party.<\/p>\n<p>He not only inaugurated the party&#8217;s state headquarters but also met several booth level workers and tribal leaders.<\/p>\n<p>He addressed the party&#8217;s booth level workers as well at the state BJP Headquarters in Aizawl launching a blistering attack against the ruling Congress.<\/p>\n<p>He charged that the money sent by the Centre for Mizoram&#8217;s development was diverted through corrupt means.<\/p>\n<p>While the BJP is enthusing its workers through booth level conferences the Congress suffered a set back in the run up to the polls.<\/p>\n<p>Former state minister Buddh Dhan Chakma quit the party on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Chakma become the 3rd Congress MLA in the state to resign from the party in recent days.<\/p>\n<p>Before touring Mizoram Amit Shah visited Kamakhya Dham and did a darshan of the Goddess of Shakti Maa Kamakhya.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Election Commissioner O P Rawat along with his team was also in Mizoram in the build up to the elections to stock of preparations.<\/p>\n<p>He held a meeting with state officials and agencies involved in the election process.<\/p>\n<p>After the meeting the CEC said the commission is taking all steps to ensure the maximum number of people vote.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the Election Commission is committed to holding free and fair polls in the state.<\/p>\n<p>In Rajasthan , BJP leader Manavendra Singh switched sides to the Congress just ahead of the polling.<\/p>\n<p>Reacting to the development.Union Informartion and Broadcasting Minister Col Rajyavardhan Rathore said Manavendra Singh&#8217;s departure will make no difference to the BJP&#8217;s poll prospects in the state.<\/p>\n<p>In Chhattisgarh , the issuance of election notification has initiated the nomination process apart from notching up political temperature in the state.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Election fever is mounting in the 5 states heading to polls.
