Wei also said China opposed any efforts to launch an arms race between the world\u2019s two largest economies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTaiwan is China\u2019s core interest,\u201d Wei said. \u201cOn these issues, it\u2019s extremely dangerous to challenge China\u2019s bottom line repeatedly.
