But the actor got a chance to audition for this Vasan Bala directorial just by chance. She shares that she had planned to audition for the modern-day Laila in the Imtiaz Ali production Laila Majnu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI had gone to audition for some other film. I was doing my lines when someone came to me and asked, \u2018Do you know action?\u2019 I said, \u2018No.\u2019 Then I was asked if I was flexible. I said yes because I dance. I showed some moves and next day, I met sir and he told me, \u2018You are Supri \u2019,\u201d Radhika told a packed house after the premiere of Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota at 20th Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival with Star.<\/p>\n<p>Vasan, sharing the stage with her, revealed how he smuggled her out of Laila Majnu, which eventually started newcomer Tripti Dimri.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe casting there happening was Laila Majnu and Student of the Year 2. So, I had no other option.
