Malayalam superstar Dulquer Salmaan is all set for his another Tamil film opposite Pellichoopulu fame Ritu Varma. Dulquer Salmaan is known for his iconic roles in films like ‘Bangalore Days’, ‘Charlie’ and ‘O Kadhal Kanmani’. Ritu said that Dulquer is a good performer and she is excited to work with him.<\/p>\n
Dulquer Salmaan who is all set to make his Bollywood debut with Internet star Mithila Palkar will be seen in another Tamil film opposite Ritu Varma. Dulquer Salman is known for his iconic roles in films like \u2018Bangalore Days\u2019, \u2018Charlie\u2019 and \u2018O Kadhal Kanmani\u2019. Actor Ritu Varma will be playing Dulquer Salmaan\u2019s leading lady in a yet-untitled Tamil film and she is thrilled to be joining the actor whom she considers a good performer.<\/p>\n
The film will mark the directorial debut of Desingh Periyasamy. \u201cI signed the project recently. Dulquer is a really good performer and I\u2019m excited to be working with him. Although it\u2019s too early to talk about the film or my character, I can say that I\u2019m really looking forward to starting work on this film,\u201d Ritu told IANS.<\/p>\n
This will be Dulquer\u2019s fourth straight Tamil film. The project will go on the floor from October. Ritu\u2019s last outing was Telugu film \u2018Keshava\u2019. However, She rose to fame with 2016\u2019s runaway hit Telugu romantic-drama \u2018Pellichoopulu\u2019.<\/p>\n
Did she turn choosy since \u2018Pellichoopulu\u2019, Ritu said: \u201cI know people have a lot of expectations. But I don\u2019t think I have become choosy. I still do projects which I find exciting. It could even mean a film with a newcomer.\u201d Ritu believes \u201cscript is the hero\u201d.<\/p>\n
She also has Vikram\u2019s Tamil spy thriller \u2018Dhruva Natchathiram\u2019 in her kitty. \u201cI recently finished my portion for the film in Georgia. I\u2019ll join them soon in Turkey where they are currently shooting,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
