In the forefront when militancy was on its peak in the early 1990s, Anil Parihar was on the hit list of militants.<\/p>\n<p>Jammu Inspector General of Police SD Singh said: \u201cWe are probing all angles, including the militancy angle.\u201d Members of the minority community came on to the streets at Bhaderwah to protest the murders.
