{"id":48800,"date":"2018-12-01T10:47:06","date_gmt":"2018-12-01T10:47:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=48800"},"modified":"2018-12-01T10:47:06","modified_gmt":"2018-12-01T10:47:06","slug":"sebi-extends-trading-hours-for-commodity-derivatives-segment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/sebi-extends-trading-hours-for-commodity-derivatives-segment\/","title":{"rendered":"SEBI extends trading hours for commodity derivatives segment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The market regulator on Friday allowed exchanges to extend the trading hours for the commodity derivatives segment to increase participation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to a Securities and Exchange Board of India circular,the commodity markets can open at 9 a.m. local time from the current time of 10 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Trading of agriculture products would go on till 9 p.m. while that of non-agri products would be till 11.55 p.m., said the circular.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe extension of the trade timing is subject to the Stock Exchange and its Clearing Corporation putting inplace adequate risk management system, surveillance system and infrastructure commensurate with the increased trading hours,\u201d the circular said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe provisions of this circular shall come into effect from 30 days from the date of this circular.\u201d<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The market regulator on Friday allowed exchanges to extend the trading hours for the commodity derivatives segment to increase participation.
