{"id":49310,"date":"2018-12-06T11:13:42","date_gmt":"2018-12-06T11:13:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=49310"},"modified":"2018-12-06T11:13:42","modified_gmt":"2018-12-06T11:13:42","slug":"sc-orders-attachment-of-amrapalis-properties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/sc-orders-attachment-of-amrapalis-properties\/","title":{"rendered":"SC orders attachment of Amrapali\u2019s properties"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New Delhi<br \/>\nContinuing its crackdown on the embattled Amrapali Group, the Supreme Court today ordered attachment and sale of the realty firm\u2019s five-star hotel, cinema hall, malls and factories across the country, calling it \u201ca worst kind of cheater\u201d and \u201ca perfect liar\u201d for not complying with the court\u2019s direction.<\/p>\n<p>The court also ordered attachment of four corporate offices of the group in Noida and Greater Noida, and asked the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Delhi to auction them.<br \/>\nIt also gave a window to the firm\u2019s directors and their family members to return home-buyers\u2019 money, if they have it, by December 10.
