Chris Mahone, 27, thought his fianc\u00e9 was just great when she offered to organize his bachelor party on Ibiza. He and about 30 of his pals coughed up $580 each for the trip, but when they showed up on Thursday, Sept. 7, for their flight, a hard to imagine moment of anger and disappointment awaited them.<\/p>\n

The airport attendant told them their boarding passes, handed to them by the bride-to-be, Rachel Doran, were not in the system. They called up their place of accommodation on Ibiza, but the hotel had no record of their booking. They called Doran, who said the documents she provided should have been in order. She even offered to pay for the flight tickets on the spot. Then, however, she stopped responding.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe just vanished,\u201d one of the travelers\u00a0told the media person.<\/p>\n

As it appears, Doran scammed her fiance and his friends. \u201cShe printed fake boarding passes and used a local travel firm\u2019s logo to put on the top of letters and tickets,\u201d a source told The Sun. \u201cIt happened because she heard he\u2019d cheated on her, when he hadn\u2019t. She must have been planning her revenge for months, maybe a year. She\u2019s disgusting.\u201d<\/p>\n

The news hit Mahone hard.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell words cannot describe the pain and feels that are playing with my head today,\u201d he wrote on Facebook on Sept. 8. \u201cI totally want to apologize to all my fantastic mates that were gonna celebrate what was supposed to be my stag do, I can\u2019t apologize enough, l\u2019m sorry boys I really am.\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple was supposed to get married in their hometown, Cleator Moor, some 80 miles north of Liverpool. That seems off the table now.\u00a0Doran fled the couple\u2019s home near Whitehaven and is hiding in a caravan park, a friend told the media.\u00a0Doran\u2019s grandmother, Monica McKee, 81, said she didn\u2019t want to have anything to do with her granddaughter anymore.<\/p>\n

\u201cHer parents are just devastated, embarrassed, and disgusted\u2014they won\u2019t even come out the house,\u201d she said.\u00a0\u201cThe lad she was going with, he was a lovely lad. I wouldn\u2019t have her back in my door, I wouldn\u2019t have her back down my garden path.\u201d Doran\u2019s brother Ryan said her family disowned her. \u201cHow a person can do something like that is beyond me,\u201d he said. \u201cEvil cow. No morals.\u201d Mahone ended up going to Ibiza anyway\u2014with eight of his friends.<\/p>\n
