Briefing media in New Delhi, party&#8217;s youth wing president Poonam Mahajan said, around 12 thousand delegates from all parts of the country will attend the event. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the concluding session.<\/p>\n<p>The national council assumes significance in view of the upcoming general elections this year and the meeting will deliberate on the party&#8217;s strategy for the polls among other issues. The Narendra Modi government&#8217;s social justice plank with its outreach to Dalits, backward classes and the general category is likely to be a key theme at the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The government&#8217;s measures for farmers, various schemes for the welfare of the poor and economic growth will also be discussed.
