The move could see some form of construction of the Ram temple if the handover is allowed. The 33-page application seeks the apex court&#8217;s modification of 2003 order to permit the return of a little over 67 acres of &#8220;non-disputed&#8221; surplus land around the disputed structure in Ayodhya to the original owners.
