It is pertinent to mention here that <\/span>incidents of harassment of Sikh students appearing for higher education exams in technical and medical fields is increasing day by day. In the letter Mumbai Singh Sabha has written\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u201cWearing the\u00a0<\/span><em style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Kara<\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u00a0and the\u00a0<\/span><em style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Kirpan<\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u00a0is not a concession to Sikh students but a matter of right -enjoined in the Sikh religion, attained by the Sikhs after supreme sacrifice and expressly sanctioned by the Constitution of India.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The letter says, \u00a0\u201cWe fail to understand as to what harm can a steel bracelet around the wrist of a Sikh boy or girl can do during examinations?
