{"id":56359,"date":"2019-03-04T10:58:21","date_gmt":"2019-03-04T10:58:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=56359"},"modified":"2019-03-04T10:58:22","modified_gmt":"2019-03-04T10:58:22","slug":"chief-election-commissioner-visit-to-jk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/chief-election-commissioner-visit-to-jk\/","title":{"rendered":"Chief Election Commissioner visit to J&#038;K"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Election Commission of India&#8217;s team is arriving for a two-day visit to Jammu &amp; Kashmir today to review poll preparedness in view of upcoming General Elections to Lok Sabha &#8211; 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first leg of visit, the Commission headed by Deputy Election Commissioner Sandeep Saxena will arrive at Srinagar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team is scheduled to hold meetings with political parties including seven national and three regional parties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Commission will also hold meetings with top State administration officials including Deputy Commissioners of ten Kashmir Division districts besides Leh and Kargil districts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Commission is also scheduled to meet Senior Superintendents of Police of all the districts, Kashmir Zone Police Chief, nodal officers and other officials to have a first-hand account of the security situation on the ground and related matters in the run-up to the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Commission is scheduled to hold similar meetings with political parties, top state administration and security officials in Jammu.
