Rahul,\n who was kicked off India\u2019s tour of Australia in January with teammate \nHardik Pandya over sexist remarks, made an unbeaten 100 off 64 \ndeliveries.He plundered 54 from the final three overs, including 25 off \none from Pandya, but his effort was in vain as Punjab went down to hosts\n Mumbai Indians by three wickets in the Twenty20 tournament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rahul\u2019s\n knock comes at an opportune time with the Indian selectors scheduled on\n Monday to announce their squad for the 50-over showpiece event in \nEngland and Wales beginning next month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rahul, who recently \nadmitted to having doubts about himself after being sent home from \nAustralia, hit six fours and six sixes as he surpassed his previous IPL \nbest of 94.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
