{"id":58909,"date":"2019-04-12T07:45:35","date_gmt":"2019-04-12T07:45:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=58909"},"modified":"2019-04-12T07:45:36","modified_gmt":"2019-04-12T07:45:36","slug":"cs-reviews-wheat-procurment-operations-across-state","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/cs-reviews-wheat-procurment-operations-across-state\/","title":{"rendered":"CS REVIEWS WHEAT PROCURMENT OPERATIONS ACROSS STATE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>ASSURES ARTHIYAS THAT PREVALENT PRACTICE OF PAYMENTS WOULD CONTINUE<\/strong><br>Chandigarh<br>Dispelling  the apprehensions of arthiyas, the Chief Secretary Karan Avtar Singh on  Thursday assured them that prevalent system of payments would continue  during the ongoing Rabi Marketing Season (RMS) and timely payments to  farmers for their produce would be made through arthiyas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disclosing\n this here today, a spokesperson of the Punjab Government stated that \nthe Chief Secretary also directed the Food Department to ensure that \npayments to farmers were strictly made within 24 hours of purchase of \ntheir produce. He also directed the Additional Chief Secretary \n(Development) to ensure J-forms were duly filled to maintain absolute \ntransparency and efficiency in the procurement operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responding\n to another issue raised by Arthiya Association, the Chief Secretary \nassured them of timely payment of dami and labour and directed the \ndepartment to ensure the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking stock of arrival of wheat \nin the mandis in the ongoing Rabi Season, the Chief Secretary asked the \narthiyas to ensure fool-proof arrangements for smooth and hassle free \nprocurement and lifting of produce.
