An alleged middleman in the Agusta  Westland chopper deal scam, Michel is in custody and is being probed by  both Enforcement Directorate and CBI. Special Judge Arvind Kumar  rejected his interim bail plea for seven days. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special Public\n Prosecutor DP Singh, appearing for the CBI and the ED, said if Michel \ncomes out on interim bail and makes some statement relating to the case,\n it would derail the investigation. <br><br>Michel&#8217;s lawyer argued that \nsince the charge sheet has been filed, there is no point of tampering \nevidence.The ED had filed a supplementary charge sheet against Michel \nand others on the 4th of this month.
