Actor Vicky Kaushal has reportedly broken his cheekbone while shooting an action sequence for his untitled horror film in Gujarat, and had to get 13 stitches. The Uri actor was shooting inside a ship for Bhanu Pratap Singh\u2019s film, which also stars Bhumi Pednekar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Mumbai Mirror \nreport claimed the night sequence involved Vicky opening a door and \nrunning. The door fell on him and he was injured. \u201cHe was rushed to a \nlocal hospital by the crew and flown to Mumbai on Friday morning,\u201d the \nreport quoted a source as saying. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bhanu makes his directorial \ndebut with the yet-to-be-titled film. He was earlier Shashank Khaitan\u2019s \nassistant director. Bhumi and Vicky will also be seen together in Karan \nJohar\u2019s period epic Takht, alongside Anil Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, \nRanveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and Janhvi Kapoor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vicky recently \nheadlined the box office hit Uri: The Surgical Strike, based on the \nIndian Army\u2019s 2016 surgical strikes in Pakistan following the attacks in\n Jammu and Kashmir\u2019s Uri town.
