{"id":59725,"date":"2019-04-22T11:45:19","date_gmt":"2019-04-22T11:45:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=59725"},"modified":"2019-04-22T11:45:20","modified_gmt":"2019-04-22T11:45:20","slug":"nissan-files-criminal-complaint-against-jailed-ex-chairman-ghosn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/nissan-files-criminal-complaint-against-jailed-ex-chairman-ghosn\/","title":{"rendered":"Nissan files criminal complaint against jailed ex-Chairman Ghosn"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nissan  Motor said on Monday it had filed a criminal complaint against former  Chairman Carlos Ghosn related to an aggravated breach of trust under  Japan\u2019s Companies Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Japanese automaker said it had filed \nthe complaint after determining payments made by Nissan to an overseas \nvehicle sales company through a subsidiary had been directed by Ghosn \nfor his personal enrichment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSuch misconduct is completely \nunacceptable, and Nissan is requesting appropriately strict penalties,\u201d \nNissan said in a statement posted on its website.
